An agent run is one piece of work, like a client report or a call recap. Need more? Add 250 runs for £10 in Plan and billing: they never expire, and they're used only after the month's runs. Without them, agents on Wellence's AI pause until the 1st. Agents run in your own Claude, or on your own AI key, don't count.

Every new workspace gets 14 days free with everything included, and no card. After that you pick a plan, or stay on Free.
What is an agent run?+
Agent runs: each one is a piece of work, like a client report or a call recap. Free includes 50 a month, Starter 500 and Team 1,000. Work run in your own Claude, or on your own AI key, doesn't count.
What happens if we go over?+
Add more runs any time in Plan and billing: £10 for 250, and they never expire. Admins get an email at 80% and 100% of the month's runs. Without credits, agents on Wellence's AI pause until the 1st; agents run in your own Claude, or on your own AI key, keep working.
Can we cancel?+
Any time, from Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of what you've paid for, then move to Free with your work kept.
Is VAT added?+
No. Wellence isn't VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
